What to do if you Forget your Password?

1. Open the XLogin client -> Click "Forget password" -> Enter "XLogin email" and Click the "click this to receive code" button -> Log in to the mailbox to view the verification code -> Enter the verification code and new password -> Click "Confirmation" to reset password.


2. If the verification code is not received or the registered email address is incorrect, please contact online customer service.
